I. Gᴇɴᴇʀᴀʟ Tᴇʀᴍs

  • I have the right to decline your commission

  • You can ask for a WIP but do not spam.

  • Please provide clear references [Max of 3 changes per commission, extra changes will incur addition cost £4 per change]

  • Most of commissions will be streamed unless client wishes not to

  • Making an original character for you will cost an additional £20

II. Pᴀʏᴍᴇɴᴛ

  • All commissions must be paid for in full upfront

  • Payment only accepted through Paypal

III. Pʀᴏᴄᴇss

Multiple WIPS will be sent throughout!

  • Once payment is received, I will begin working on the commission.

  • Once client has approved the sketch I will begin lining colouring

  • Once final piece has been completed and customer is happy with product, commission will be sent VIA Twitter, Email or Discord

IV. Cᴜsᴛᴏᴍᴇʀ Sᴀᴛɪsғᴀᴄᴛɪᴏɴ

I will do everything that I can to ensure customer happiness.However, after a commission is finished, only a small amount of changes can be made such as colouring mistakes/line art mistakes.Any large changes, such as adding extra accessories, outfit change etc will incur an extra charge.

V. Usᴀɢᴇ / VI. Cᴏᴘʏʀɪɢʜᴛ Pᴏʟɪᴄʏ

The commissioner are allowed to:Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.I the artist hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.Therefore, I am allowed to use the artwork to:- Promote myself with it in any place or site.
- To display it anywhere I want.
- Post it wherever I want.The Commissioner are allowed to:Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless discussed otherwise.Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to artist (ex: Either Twitter @ or link to artists Twitter )The following is considered Copyright infringement:Reproducing/using the artwork commercially (unless discussed upon).Taking credit for the creation of the artwork.Removing any watermarks or signatures.Altering the artwork without my, the artist's consent.If you break the copyright infringement in any way, all rights you had to the drawing will be retracted.

VII. Cᴀɴᴄᴇʟɪɴɢ ᴀɴᴅ Rᴇғᴜɴᴅ Pᴏʟɪᴄʏ

I have the right to cancel and refund your commission at anytime.Amount refunded will depend on art progress.If refunded before I send a sketch, I will send a full refund. Anything after the sketch will result in a 50% refundIf you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.I have every right to file a complaint against and have all the right to the money you have given me.
